Appointments:

To schedule an appointment with James J. Lee, MD, please call 714-835-7700 or complete our Request an Appointment form. If at any time you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 to 48 business hours in advance. We will be glad to reschedule your appointment at a more favorable time. We greatly appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to seeing you.

Insurance:

We accept most insurance. Please call us to verify whether or not we are participating with a particular insurance company.

Billing & Financial Responsibility:

Please call our office with any questions you may have and we will be happy to help you.
